These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and iz777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the iz777 website, its services, products, games and associated content available at iz777.cam and any related subdomains or applications.

iz777 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform. All content on this platform is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on iz777 constitutes legal advice, financial advice or professional gambling advice.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. • "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered Account.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a User on a gaming or sports betting event through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free wager, free spin or other promotional reward offered to Users subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by the Platform before certain account functions — including withdrawals — are enabled.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a User's Account, including deposits, winnings and credited bonuses where applicable.

• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA to Pakistani nationals.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on iz777, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by applicable law or the operator's license jurisdiction;
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity);
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be a politically exposed person (PEP) without full disclosure where required;
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director or close family member of an employee or agent of iz777 or its operator;
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with the Platform or any associated operator.

The Platform reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be verified. Being of legal adult age does not in itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan must independently assess and comply with the laws of their jurisdiction.

To access the full range of features on iz777, you must register a single Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account login with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• You must notify iz777 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• iz777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

By using the iz777 Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
• Provide true, accurate and non-misleading information at all times;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Pakistan and the jurisdiction in which you are located;
• Not use the Platform for any commercial or business purpose without prior written consent;
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages or interferes with the Platform's operations, servers, networks or databases;
• Not use automated systems, bots, scripts or any other software to interact with the Platform without prior written authorization;
• Respect the intellectual property rights of iz777 and third-party content providers;
• Not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish or exploit any Platform content without authorization.

All deposits made to your iz777 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid cards or payment methods that cannot be verified to your identity may be reversed or held pending verification.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and subject to change without prior notice.
• iz777 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposited funds are for use on the Platform only and are not held in an interest-bearing account on your behalf.
• Currency conversions, where applicable, are subject to the exchange rate applied by the operator at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits are subject to AML screening. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by the Account holder to a payment method registered in their own name and verified through the KYC process. iz777 does not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts.

• Withdrawals are subject to full completion of the KYC verification process. Accounts that have not completed KYC will not have withdrawals processed until verification is satisfactorily concluded.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are set by the operator and disclosed in the cashier section of the Account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method and operator workload. No specific guaranteed processing timeframes are provided.
• If a bonus has been claimed, any active wagering requirements must be met in full before the withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted.

• Bonus terms are published at the time of each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of the operator and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.

• The Platform reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reverse any bonus where it reasonably believes a promotion has been misused.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game or event. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Wagers are final once confirmed. Cancellation or amendment of a placed wager is not permitted except where specifically allowed under the applicable game or sports rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, the Platform reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test and ODI fixtures — are provided as sports entertainment. iz777 has no affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team or player.
• The Platform reserves the right to impose bet limits or restrict betting activity at its discretion.
• Winnings from sports betting and casino games are subject to the applicable house edge, RTP and odds as disclosed for each product.
• The Platform is not responsible for any loss of service, incomplete wagers or other issues arising from your device, internet connection or third-party failures.

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards, iz777 requires all Account holders to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may require it at any point during the account lifecycle.

• Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport.
• Proof of address may be required where the operator's compliance policy demands it.
• A selfie or liveness check holding the identity document may be requested at the operator's discretion.
• You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Submission of falsified, edited or misleading documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorized payment methods;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, glitches or vulnerabilities;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML controls, or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Impersonating another person, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility;
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users.

iz777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where it reasonably believes that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account holder has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 11;
• The Account has been accessed from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• The Account holder has provided false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk of money laundering, fraud, underage gambling or other regulatory concern;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion or a responsible gambling restriction that requires account suspension.

Where an Account is closed due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms, any Funds held in the Account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach, any verified real-money balance will be refunded through a verified payment method after applicable compliance checks.

iz777 is committed to responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a source of income, as a means of recovering past losses, or as an escape from personal difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may bet in any defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic timeouts after a specified period of gaming activity.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period to create a break from play.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the Platform will not send marketing communications to self-excluded users.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in such intellectual property.

• You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
• The iz777 name and logo are proprietary marks. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game content, sports data and software used on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iz777 and its operator, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• iz777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform at all times.
• iz777 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all funds wagered.
• iz777 is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, or responsible gambling guidance.
• Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated and licensed, as stated in the operator's published licensing information. These Terms do not constitute a claim that iz777 is licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact iz777 customer support in writing to attempt an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction, or resolved through the courts of the governing jurisdiction.

For users located in Pakistan, nothing in these Terms limits your right to seek legal advice from a qualified Pakistani lawyer regarding the applicability of local gambling laws to your use of the Platform.

iz777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

• Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.
• Where required by applicable law or the operator's license conditions, material changes may be communicated directly to registered users by email prior to taking effect.
